All your information is confidential. Your doctor and other health professionals caring for you keep records about your health and treatment from the National Health Service (NHS). It is in the interest of the patient for a full record to be collected.

In exceptional circumstances, for example if you or your children are at risk of harm, we may have to speak to other professionals in order to help protect you. We would always try to discuss this and any concerns with you first.
